I'm a developer who could do the concurrent sessions and state management, but the poker logic would be too honerous for me to program on my own (and least of all because i'm not very good at poker). We're deep into lockdown and we don't know when it it's going to end. I honestly thought about developing my own because I couldn't find one. is there anything like this? Is there a console, browser, phone, etc. The trouble is, of course, most of my friends don't have RDR2 or if they do, they don't play online and it's not really easy to just get a game started amongst friends unless everybody plays the game regularly. You've got a virtual bar, music, stupid player avatars sitting around a shared table. The poker in that is almost perfect for friends to play online. What's crazy is I keep wishing that there was a standalone Red Dead Online poker mode, outside of the main RD Online game. If I search "best online poker for friends," I get a ton of a paid sponsorship "Reviews," which are all trying to sell credits or get affiliate marketijng bull shit. My friends and I would love to play a group poker game, using Zoom/Hangouts/whatever, but then also have like a shared screen we can view everything on in our own homes. So I know there's a ton of online poker sites, too many for me to get a grasp on, but a lot of them are focused on gamblers and huge gambling rooms playing with hundreds of people all using off-shore wire transfers and shit.
